Mesh-AI is delighted to have been chosen by Travelex to design and build their new cloud data platform on AWS - a foundational data-streaming solution designed for multiple business-critical use cases, with an initial focus on real-time performance reporting to help drive sales.
As one of the most recognised, respected and reliable brands in international money, Travelex has a global network of over 1,000 foreign exchange stores, and a similar number of ATMs. To complement and extend their physical presence, Travelex has launched digital products such as their mobile app, multi-currency pre-paid cards, and online click-and-collect and home delivery services.
In addition to designing the solution architecture and building the cloud data platform, Mesh-AI is helping Travelex use data mesh principles to become more data-driven. Multi-channel transactional data will become discoverable, accessible, and self-service to data consumers across domains and at trusted partners, underpinned by a modern data governance model. The entire engagement is being delivered with a collaborative Mesh-AI/Travelex team, to support capability building.
